Overage
How Pro is billed above the allowance, with worked examples.

10% free buffer: if you stay within 110% of the allowance (2,750 guided users, 11 GB), nothing extra is charged. Above that, overage counts from the allowance itself. Amounts are prorated per user and never rounded up.

When it is charged
- Monthly plans: added to your next renewal, so there is one payment a month.
- Annual plans: charged monthly once it reaches $5; smaller amounts roll forward.
- Under $1 in a month rolls into the next.
- Cancelling charges any outstanding overage at once, including this month's so far. Under $1 is waived.
Overage is capped by your spend cap.
