Changelog
What changed in the SDKs, the dashboard and the API.
October 2026: Generate with AI
- Generate with AI: show PlayStep your web or Flutter app with a capture link (or let it read public pages) and get onboarding tours, task walkthroughs, feature spotlights and empty-state help written for it. Each step says what clip to record. See Generate with AI.
- Steps without data-guide: steps can find their element by CSS selector on the web, and by key, text, semantics label or tooltip in Flutter. An app's own anchor always wins. See Anchors.
- Previews across page loads: an Open in my app preview now lasts for the tab's session, not just the first page.
October 2026: public beta
